Inspiring Positive Behaviour in Sport
Pick up vital skills and confidence to encourage better behaviour
Is lateness an issue with the participants you coach? Or perhaps you have someone who’s constantly distracting others, and their behaviour is becoming a challenge. There will always be times when the behaviour of participants makes demands on your coaching skills, and this can have a negative impact on your coaching session.
The ‘Inspiring Positive Behaviour in Sport’ eLearning module helps you develop your skills in managing disruptive behaviour. It will also challenge you to think about what you deem acceptable behaviour from your participants.
Who is it for?
This module is the perfect continuing personal development (CPD) opportunity for UKCC Level 1 and 2 coaches, activators, leaders and College Sport Makers.
Duration: Approximately 30 minutes
What will you learn?
A vibrant mix of video, real-life scenarios, case studies, opportunities for self-reflection and supportive feedback in the module will help you develop your ability to:
- take measures to inspire positive behaviour in your sessions
- handle difficult situations
- ensure a more rewarding experience for everyone involved.
Within the eLearning, you’ll be able to print out all the notes you make in the module, to support you in your future coaching.
Plus, you will be able to print out a certificate confirming you have completed the course.
