Employing Coaches

Gain peace of mind and take the guesswork out of employing coaches

We understand employment law can be quite daunting. The interactive ‘Employing Coaches’ online module will demystify some of the challenges and questions faced by organisations that employ coaches. The module provides advice, guidance and signposting on using both employed and self-employed coaches. It also includes key downloadable documents, such as a contract of employment and a contract for services for use with self-employed coaches.

Duration: Approximately 30 minutes
Audience: This course is aimed at organisations responsible for employing coaches, such as:

  • universities
  • FE colleges

"‘Employing Coaches’ is excellent. It is easy to navigate, informative, interactive, takes just about the right amount of time, has the right amount of information for our needs and has some good examples to take away. I think it is a really useful tool. We will ensure that we signpost our clubs here."
