Being able to track a coach electronically can make a significant difference to a county sports partnership (CSP). It provides quick and easy monitoring, allows for improved target marketing and promotion of events, and makes life easier when measuring long-term impact. This case study highlights how Coaching Derbyshire used a tagging system on CoachWeb to improve interaction with its coaches.
