Supporting a more diverse community of talent coaches

As part of UK Coaching’s commitment to a diverse coaching workforce, the Talent and Performance team is increasing the reach of its coach connectivity events to support talent coaches who have a disability, as well as black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME) talent coaches.

Each event will include a guest coach sharing their pathway experiences; an interactive session on personal development; plenty of time to network and meet fellow coaches, and a session exploring creating and maintaining an effective talent development environment.

The events are as follows:

Disabled and BAME Talent Coach Connectivity Events

  • 24 February 2019, Solihull

Disabled and BAME Talent Coach Connectivity Events

  • 10 March 2019, Farnborough

The sessions will be focused on coach development and support, and will provide coaches with the opportunity to network and share coaching stories. The events are for coaches working regularly within the talent pathway - first selective environment through to national age group squads.

Each event has a maximum of 30 places, which will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

Bookings for these events are now closed.
