The new board members are:
Michelle Bramley
Michelle is a senior lawyer and business leader with nearly 30 years’ experience in a variety of legal and senior management roles at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, most recently as global head of knowledge. Michelle has significant operational management experience including digital transformation and innovation delivery. Her expertise includes international dispute resolution, risk and regulatory compliance, business and human rights, and modern slavery.
Rosie Ranganathan
Human resources specialist, Rosie began her career working in music for EMI Records and then BMG, where she was part of the team who worked on the merger with Sony Music. She moved into sport in 2013, working with Wasps RFC and a year later with the England and Wales Cricket Board as people director. Passionate about inclusion and diversity, Rosie has championed an inclusive culture and has led on the ECB’s inclusion and diversity strategy.
Jo Stent
Jo has overall financial responsibility for the European Tour group – which comprises of the European Tour, the European Challenge Tour and the Staysure Tour as well as being managing partner of Ryder Cup Europe. She holds an international business and languages degree from Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh and ICADE in Madrid and is fluent in Spanish and French. Her primary focus is on driving growth through innovation and change management, as well as creating rigorous financial discipline, having led on several impactful business transformation programmes.
Deborah Vickers
Deborah is a comparison site expert with 15 years of experience in technology and finance. Working across the private sector for MoneySuperMarket.com, Dixons Carphone, LastMinute.com and Zuto, and launching a start-up telecoms/finance company, has allowed Deborah to hone her expertise in growing brands, financial planning, product expansion and strategic direction. She is also an England Athletics endurance coach and a visually impaired guide runner.
