Designing your session with a movement activity is a great way to focus on fundamental movement skills, whether as a new warm up, an activity challenge or movement puzzle.

Have a go

  • Use a movement game for a warmup activity or energiser for your group.
  • Introduce movement breaks into your session, use a challenge or movement activity.
  • Consider creating a movement puzzle for your participants to solve.
  • Use challenges and activities with a carousel of activities.
