Fundamental Activities and Games: Movement Activities

Have a go

  • Use a movement activity for a warm-up activity.
  • Introduce movement breaks into your session, as a ‘while you wait’ activity as you rotate teams.
  • Consider creating a movement puzzle for your participants to solve.
  • Use movement activities with a carousel of activities within your session.
