Injuries occur in every sport. It is more likely to be ‘when’ than ‘if’ you suffer an injury when playing sport.

If you are temporarily out of competition, there are some things that you can do to stay motivated and ensure that you can return to play sooner and healthier. Importantly, these should be understood to work in conjunction with medical advice and shouldn’t replace it. Seeking medical advice is essential.
