Behaviour Bitesize Blog: 3.2 Organised

This series explores each of the identified coaching behaviours alongside the Principles of Great Coaching. Managing Director of the UK Dukes Kenny Bello emphasises that being organised enables him to ensure that his sessions are relevant and offers some top tips for coaches keen to achieve the same

Great Coaching experiences are organised. While it can help, this means more than having lines of cones equally spaced or perfectly colour-coded. 

The UK Dukes offer fun physical activity based on American football. Coaching skills such as crossbar challenges, trick shots and one-handed catches serves to ensure that the underlying concepts of the sport are relatable and accessible to everyone.
