Whether you’re a volunteer, coach for a few hours each week, or coach full-time, when starting in a new or additional coaching role, an effective onboarding process will ensure that you’re more likely to understand an organisation’s needs, develop good relationships, perform better, and be more motivated and engaged in your role.
