Resilience is an essential life skill that contributes significantly to our health and happiness.

This series of articles aims to provide strong evidence to back up that claim, while establishing that resilience is a skill that we can all learn and develop. 

In simple terms, resilience is the capacity to recover quickly from the challenges and struggles that we encounter in our daily lives. Our resilience levels are a measure of our bounce-back-ability.
