What do you do when you finish your coaching session? Sometimes you will have thoughts about how the session went but often it’s back into the car, off home or onto the next thing in our busy lives. But these times immediately after we coach are a fantastic opportunity to do a ‘hot’ review or debrief – in the moment and whilst everything is relatively fresh.
This type of reflective process is commonplace in the emergency services and the healthcare industry, where their primary purpose is to capture key issues, particularly in situations that are critical in nature.
What could this look like for coaches?
