An ‘inclusive coach’ has the knowledge, skills and behaviours to positively and effectively coach people who have individual and differing needs.
Great inclusive coaching is achieved when the coach is able understand and connect with people to create an environment that helps them to thrive inside and outside of the session.
The key is to coach the person in front of you.
