The Subtle Art of Great Communication

How often have you noticed another person’s words or behaviour and potentially misinterpreted them or questioned what they meant? Use the strategies in this guide to reduce the likelihood of that happening at your sessions

Subtle behaviours and gestures, and how you respond to various situations, will be observed and interpreted by both the people you coach (and their parents or carers) and the people who coach alongside you.
