Retained Fire Officer Richard Izzard

We speak to Richard Izzard, a retained fire officer at Slaithwaite Fire Station, Huddersfield, who coaches friendly physical activity sessions on a weekly basis to members of his community

The programme known as MAGIC was set up at the fire station through co-ordination between Kirklees Council and Station Commander Dale Gardiner.

Richard gave us 10 minutes of his time after delivering a session to tell us all about the programme.
