Women into High Performance Case Studies - Pippa Bell

In this podcast, we spoke to Pippa Bell a hockey coach who was selected for UK Coaching's Women into High Performance programme

Pippa is the current youth head coach of Watsonians Hockey Club U14 section, delivering weekly sessions to 300 plus 9-14 year-olds. She's also an assistant coach to the U18 and U21 Scotland women national programmes.

Pippa started coaching over a decade ago when the hockey club she was playing for were looking for help delivering hockey across local primary schools. She got such a buzz, she hasn't looked back since, saying it was her opportunity to be one of those people to connect, encourage and support people to be themselves.

Midway through the Women into High Performance programme, Pippa talked to us about finding her strengths and considering how they relate to the people she's coaching.
