We have all been there; an edgy day at work which frustrates and annoys you, leading to leaving work with that hindrance continuing in your mind. Then you head off to coaching that evening.
The challenge we have as coaches, in every session we do with children and young people, is around managing behaviour. What we often experience is having to address poor behaviour so that our practices can work, everyone can have a fun experience and the games we have planned run efficiently.
