Receiving Feedback from the People You Coach

It's natural to feel upset or frustrated by 'bad' feedback, but it can provide an opportunity to enhance and strengthen your coaching practice, improving the experience for everyone involved

Aim to use all feedback to drive improvements and inform your coaching practice.
