It's natural to feel upset or frustrated by 'bad' feedback, but it can provide an opportunity to enhance and strengthen your coaching practice, improving the experience for everyone involved

Once you've gathered feedback, knowing what to do next can be the difference between it being a useful activity or something that isn’t a constructive experience. Gathering feedback is a pointless task if it sits on the shelf and isn't used to make improvements.
