FUNdamentals of Movement Activity Cards

Downloadable Activity Cards on FUNdamentals of Movement that are packed with activities and ideas to help you develop balance, coordination and agility in your coaching sessions

The principles of FUNdamentals were initially derived from the long-term athlete development model (LTAD) and are central to the latest thinking within the Youth Physical Development Model.

FUNdamental movements provide coaches, teachers and parents with an understandable and realistic pathway for developing the capabilities (that is, physical, psychological, technical, tactical, personal and lifestyle) of young people.

The model is important because it includes and outlines specific coaching principles and practices that are relevant at the different stages.
