We had a ringside view of a session at mixed ability boxing club Unorthobox, that provides inclusive training for the elderly, disabled, and people who lack the confidence to attend a mainstream boxing gym.
Coaches and participants were joined by special guest Luke Campbell, who won gold at the 2012 London Olympics in the bantamweight division. Luke gave his thoughts on the coach's role in harnessing the inspiration of the Olympics and why volunteer community coaches are worth their weight in gold.
