There are lots of different symptoms that may be experienced by your participants. Crucially, there are also options available to help manage and reduce these symptoms to prevent them from impacting training and performance.

Increasing awareness of symptoms through tracking and monitoring with female participants and sharing information on how they can manage their symptoms can also play a significant role.
