#1. Take a moment to reflect on where you are now.
#2. How are you feeling?
#3. Do you notice any signs of anxiety? They may be physical or biological such as stomach-ache or headaches.
#4. Take a moment to recognised how you might move away from these uncomfortable feelings of anxiety.
What have you done to defend, detach, distract yourself?
#5. Recognise, acknowledge and take charge of what is happening.
#6. Use the Triangle of Person to reflect on when these patterns are showing up.
– With a specific person/Participant?
– With who and when in current times does this happen?
– When did you notice this first occurred in your past?
