Understanding the Practice Continuum

In this short video we introduce the practice continuum, helping coaches consider the design and development of activities within their practice; using ‘competition environment’ and ‘variability’ as two factors when designing and planning the activity outcomes

Our participants are only as good at the problems they engage with.”

Using the continuum, we explore how close the practice session and activities are to the competition environment, asking coaches to consider the trade-offs.
