Young people are seeking meaningful experiences and need a reason to come back each week. They are not all the same; they want experiences that are tailored to them.
Research has found that behaviour can vary from month to month, or even week to week. A positive experience for one young person might be very different to another. You need to understand their motivations, likes, dislikes, hopes and dreams if you are to offer sessions young people want to return to.
