The recent months of isolation and disruption have placed considerable strain on people’s physical and mental well-being. Now more than ever, we need to make sure that we look after the people we coach, regardless of where they are on their sport and physical activity journey. Many coaches have returned or are wanting to return to coaching, but they want the reassurance that they can do this safely and confidently.
