Supporting Those Who Coach

In this recording of a Time2Learn session, UK Coaching's Senior Coach Developer Tom Hartley and Lead Tutor Adam Colley explore the different ways in which you can offer support to other coaches

We can all support other coaches. Seniority isn’t necessary: the key is to create connections, collaborate and build great relationships.

Presented by UK Coaching’s Senior Coach Developer Tom Hartley, this session explores what supporting other coaches can look like, the type of support available, and the variety of roles held by people in sport who regularly support coaches.

This session also shines a light on a number of ways that you can offer support to others, and the inspiring part that you can play by being a person that other coaches can share ideas and challenges and be creative with.
