UK Coaching's Equity, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EEDI) Policy, underpinned by the UK Coaching EEDI Strategy and the Diversity & Inclusion Action Plan, shows how we ensure all people have equitable access to employment opportunities, facilities, services, resources, products and programmes provided/created by us. It describes how we will value, proactively ensure and promote EEDI as a golden thread, throughout the support we provide to our partners, customers and as an employer. The policy adheres to our Inclusive by Design standards.
