Talent and Performance
Stronger pathways. Sustainable performance.
UK Coaching designs and delivers a range of talent and performance programmes each year to support coaches and coach developers working within performance pathways.
Why Talent and Performance Support Matters
Modern performance pathways are complex and under pressure to deliver results while developing people responsibly. Challenges include:
- Supporting coaches at different stages of demanding pathways
- Helping skilled coach developers sustain learning over time
- Creating environments that are inclusive and representative of society
- Embedding learning beyond individual programmes or cohorts
UK Coaching works in close partnership with national governing bodies and talent partners to address these challenges, helping sports strengthen the foundations of their performance systems rather than relying on short‑term interventions.
Alongside direct delivery, we work with you to generate learning and practical tools that support coaching capability over time. This includes supporting underrepresented coaches and coach developers, building internal capacity within sports, and helping your organisation embed learning into your own performance environments.
