Overview

Coach Development Conversations offers coach developers a dedicated space to pause, reflect, and learn alongside others who truly understand the complexities of supporting coach learning. Unlike previous series, which centred around invited guests, this new format harnesses the power of the group itself — creating a rich, collaborative environment where the experience, wisdom and curiosity of the community take centre stage. 

Hosted by UK Coaching’s Senior Coach Developers, each session provides a supportive, trusted space where participants can bring real situations from their practice, explore challenges openly, and make sense of their work through meaningful dialogue. At the heart of the series is peer supervision: a structured yet human process that deepens reflection, strengthens decision making, and enables coach developers to grow in confidence and clarity. 

This series is built on trust, mutual respect, and the understanding that learning happens best when people feel safe to share honestly. Through open conversation, collective problem solving, and shared sensemaking, participants gain new perspectives, renewed energy, and practical insights they can apply directly to their coach development practice.
