The Coaching team at UK Coaching support the development of coaching across all levels of the system. We are committed to the continued support of coaches, the coach development workforce and coaching leaders through bespoke learning and development opportunities. We proudly work in partnership with Sport England and UK Sport to provide a wide range of free opportunities targeted at different audiences.

A free, online series of peer supervision sessions for coach developers who support coaches to learn and develop.

The network for coaches who have taken part in UK Coaching’s development programmes, including Elevate, Women in High Performance Sport, and the Performance Pathway Coaches Programme in 2025/26. This community of practice is by invitation only.

Co-Sport Initiative
We are delighted to offer a programme of bespoke support for individuals identified by the sports we have partnered with. The Co-Sport Initiative will provide access to a coach developer who will support you one-to-one in your development as a leader – whether as a coach or coach developer – in high-performance sport.

Performance Pathway Coaching Programme
This programme will provide opportunities for individuals to develop themselves as a coach and leader, exploring and dealing with real life situations in real time, while connecting and collaborating with a network of coaches and coach developers. (This programme is by nomination only).

This programme is aimed at female coaches who have been identified with potential to progress into or recently progressed into coaching in a talent pathway.
