UK Coaching Announces Coaches Selected for 2025 Coach Development Programmes

We are delighted to reveal the names of the coaches taking part in UK Coaching's Performance Pathway Coaching Programme, Women in High-Performance Coaching Programme and Elevate Women in Coaching Programme

In proud partnership with UK Sport and Sport England our 2025 suite of Coach Development Programmes offer a diverse range of free development opportunities tailored to different coaching audiences – creating a rich, inclusive learning environment that supports growth across the performance pathway.

Each coach will benefit from exceptional support, with the freedom to shape their own learning journey and explore the full scope of their professional development.

This year, 61 coaches from 33 sports have been enrolled across the three programmes.

This programme will provide opportunities for individuals to develop themselves as a coach and leader, exploring and dealing with real life situations in real time, while connecting and collaborating with a network of coaches and coach developers.

This programme is funded by UK Sport and is aimed at high-performance female coaches who have been identified as having the potential to work in a World Class Programme or play a key role in supporting athletes transition into a World Class Programme in 2-4 years.
