Module 6 of the Coach Learning Programme where your learners will learn how to create high-quality coaching environments that transform the experience for everyone involved

In This Module Your Learners Will:

  • Examine the various factors shaping the coaching environment, including the coach, participants, and context, enabling them to optimise participant experiences.
  • Investigate the role of power dynamics and diverse coaching practices in influencing the environment, empowering them to build a balanced and effective coaching atmosphere.

  • Engage in thoughtful discussions and debates on positive and negative coaching practices, enhancing their ability to recognise and implement strategies that foster a nurturing environment.

  • Learn how sector and organisational guidance contribute to shaping the coaching experience, ensuring they stay up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.

  • Explore the impact of coaching on the wider community and the importance of inclusivity, fostering social awareness and helping them create a welcoming space for all.

What Do Your Learners Get on Completion?

On successfully completing the module, your learners will be issued a UK Coaching Certificate for both the eLearning and face-to-face workshop or online classroom. If you choose to offer this module as part of a qualification, these certificates will be your learners' evidence of prior learning.
