Module 5 of the Coach Learning Programme where your learners learn how to build positive and supportive relationships with an understanding of the dynamics of relationships, and how to use that knowledge to increase their ability to connect and engage.

In This Module Your Learners Will:

  • Learn to identify key stakeholders and influence them effectively, fostering a positive and supportive coaching environment that boosts overall performance.

  • Hone their skills in relationship management, building rapport through effective communication and relational coaching. This not only strengthens coach-athlete relationships but also enhances individual growth and team success.

  • Acquire and implement the most appropriate methods to connect with and captivate both individual participants and the team, creating a more inclusive and engaging coaching environment.

  • Nurture supportive and effective coaching teams, fostering a culture of unity and cooperation that elevates the coaching process and outcomes.

An interactive ePortfolio that lets your learners easily demonstrate their proficiency by completing the tasks, writing reflections, and keeping a journal with all the details of their experiences and learning for each module in one location. This makes it convenient for them to refer to it throughout the programme and beyond, encouraging life-long learning.

  • Working with Parents and Carers in the Talent Pathway – Learning how to manage 'over-ambitious' parents, working effectively with parents, and navigating crucial conversations with ease and confidence.

What Do Your Learners Get on Completion?

On successfully completing the module, your learners will be issued a UK Coaching Certificate for both the eLearning and face-to-face workshop or online classroom. If you choose to offer this module as part of a qualification, these certificates will be your learners' evidence of prior learning.
