Nathan Kosky (Chair)

Nathan Kosky is an experienced commercial leader within the sports and entertainment industry.
He first joined AEG in 2005 as part of the start-up team for The O2. In his current role as Vice President of the European Global Partnerships team, he is responsible for overseeing all sponsorship & premium seating across AEG and ASM’s arena venues in the UK and Paris.
This portfolio of venues includes The O2 in London, the world’s most popular music venue; as well as AO Arena, and Manchester and the OVO Hydro in Scotland.
Nathan has personally negotiated long-term naming rights deals with SSE (now OVO) for both Wembley Arena and the Scottish National Arena in Glasgow amongst a number of successful major partnership agreements.
Previously, Nathan was Commercial Director at Coventry City Football Club & The Ricoh Arena; plus has also worked for Yahoo!, Hello Magazine and spent four years setting up a successful sport licensing business negotiating exclusive deals with athletes including Martin Johnson, Sam Torrance and A.P. McCoy.
In 2020 Nathan started a successful cricket podcast hosted by England bowler Mark Wood and comedian/actor/writer Miles Jupp called Middle Please, Umpire which was shortlisted at the 2021 Sports Podcast Awards.
Away from work, Nathan is passionate about being active through sport and coaches football at grass roots, youth and amateur level, including the Great Britain men’s team competing at the Maccabiah Games and European Maccabi Games. He also plays cricket and golf socially.
Nathan has a BA in Politics from the University of Leeds and now lives in Hertfordshire, with his wife and three children.

Katie Bunbury

Katie is a digital product strategy and delivery expert. She started her career in corporate finance, before spending almost 20 years working as a senior product leader in a range of tech enabled, high growth businesses including Amazon, WorldFirst (sold to Ant Financial) and most recently BeautyPie.
She has significant experience in using technology to scale businesses, tech transformation and product strategy, whilst always putting the customer at the heart of her work.
Katie is currently a Board Advisor for a private company where her experience helps navigate high growth by supporting and enabling management teams. Passionate about empowering and supporting individuals she also mentors a number of senior executives working in scaling businesses and pro bono through One Million Mentors.
Katie is a keen spectator of sport at a grass-roots level and has witnessed in her children, the impact and power of sport and great coaching.

Michael Kay

Michael has considerable financial and commercial experience gained in both the private and public sector. A chartered accountant, he has over 30 years’ experience in a wide range of organisations, ranging from a founding partner in a start-up sales promotion agency through to senior financial and operational roles in complex global financial services organisations.
In addition, he led the Commercial function within NHS Digital before acting as an advisor to the Council of Health Insurance in Saudi Arabia.
Michael brings extensive financial expertise, governance, organisational change and transformation skills. Since 2019 he has been a member of the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and is Chair of their Members Board.
Michael is a strong advocate of the critical role of coaches in helping individuals realise their true potential. He has a keen interest in a wide variety of sports and is an Honorary Steward at the Wimbledon Championships.
Dr Nicola Mellor

Nicola has 20 years’ experience within a variety of education contexts, spanning higher education, general qualifications and vocational, technical and professional qualifications. Her interests include assessment validity within a professional body context, accessibility in qualifications, and engaging with the learner experience of assessment.
She is the Qualifications and Assessment Director and Responsible Officer at the Chartered Insurance Institute, overseeing the development and review of qualifications for insurance and personal finance professions and leading the quality management of the awarding organisation. She is also a trustee of the British Accreditation Council. She holds a PhD in Classics from the University of Reading and a Postgraduate Certificate in Educational Assessment and Examinations from the University of Cambridge and Cambridge Assessment, as well as professional qualifications in financial services, risk and project management.
As an avid enthusiast for sports and fitness, she is a member of running and martial arts clubs and is currently undertaking sports coaching qualifications.
Karim Harbott

Karim is a leadership, innovation and business agility consultant, author, non-executive director, and international keynote speaker. He has 20+ years' experience helping organisations with agile and digital transformations working on some of the most complex anywhere in the world.
Working across the private and public sector, his work involves advising on innovation and product development, strategy, leadership development, and cultural change. He has led enterprise transformations of over 1,000 people at many major companies including Lloyds Banking Group, Barclays UK, and global consulting firm McKinsey & Co.
He is a serial entrepreneur and founding partner of Agile Centre, a global training and consulting firm, and the Business Agility Academy, the leading international business agility certification body. He also served as a non-executive director at the Scrum Alliance, the first and largest agile education body in the world.
Karim is a former professional tennis player, holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics, a master's degre in innovation and entrepreneurship, and is a fellow of the British Computer Society (FBCS).
Ben Dickens

Ben has worked in digital and technology for over 20 years. Before joining UK Coaching, he worked for global organisation Aalberts Industries in technology, supply chain, logistics and distribution.
Ben has overseen the technology strategy for UK Coaching Solutions for eight years.
Ben has a BSC (Hons) in Systems, Analysis, and Design from Leeds Beckett University and lives in Leeds with his wife and two children.
He enjoys holidays and travel and is a keen football fan.
