Certificate in Coach Education

The Certificate in Coach Education (CCE) is a contemporary learning programme designed to support and upskill tutors and assessors working in coach education across sport and physical activity. Fully aligned to the CIMSPA Professional Standards, the programme equips coach educators with the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to deliver high‑quality, learner‑centred education in today’s evolving coaching landscape.

Delivered through six interactive three‑hour workshops, the CCE explores modern approaches to coach learning, development and assessment. The programme supports both experienced practitioners and those newer to the role, offering flexible delivery as a full certificate or as individual CPD workshops.

• Effective and ethical practice – 21st September 2026
• Building caring relationships – 05th October 2026
• Planning and initiating coach learning, development and assessment – 19th October 2026
• Supporting and sustaining coach learning, development and assessment – 02nd November 2026
• Evaluating and reviewing coach learning, development and assessment – 16th Novermber 2026

All learning is evidence‑informed, practical and immediately applicable, supporting educators to adapt their practice to different contexts, learners and environments.
