Overview
This workshop explores how clubs and organisations can foster a truly inclusive environment that engages and retains a diverse range of participants and volunteers. Through reflection and discussion, learners will examine what inclusion looks and feels like in their organisation, identify barriers to belonging, and explore solutions for greater accessibility. Learners will leave with practical strategies and an action plan to enhance inclusivity and ensure their club or organisation is welcoming to all.
Attending the online workshop
Although you can access our online classroom using any mobile device, the best experience will be achieved by using a laptop or PC. Once booked, the link to your online classroom will be provided via a confirmation email you receive from Buddle.
You will need the following equipment:
- Headset or a device with speakers.
- Device with a microphone.
- Ability to connect directly into your router (Wi-Fi access may drop out).
