Developed by Buddle, this workshop explores how to cultivate a positive volunteering culture, focusing on the '3 Rs'—recruiting, retaining, and rewarding volunteers.
Overview
This workshop focuses on building a strong and supportive volunteering culture within your organisation. Learners will explore strategies for enhancing the volunteer experience, from recruiting and retaining volunteers to recognising and rewarding their contributions. Through reflection and discussion, learners will assess their organisation’s current volunteer needs, identify key roles, and develop practical plans for engaging and sustaining volunteers effectively. By the end of the session, learners will leave with actionable steps to strengthen their organisation’s volunteer network and ensure a positive, rewarding experience for all involved.
Attending the online workshop
Although you can access our online classroom using any mobile device, the best experience will be achieved by using a laptop or PC. Once booked, the link to your online classroom will be provided via a confirmation email you receive from Buddle.
You will need the following equipment:
- Headset or a device with speakers.
- Device with a microphone.
- Ability to connect directly into your router (Wi-Fi access may drop out).
