Up to 40% of athletes present with symptoms of disordered eating.

With Disordered Eating in Athletes, an evidence-based course and guide from Loughborough University, you can gain the key knowledge and skills to help prevent eating problems and identify and support athletes showing symptoms of disordered eating.

Disordered eating has an impact on both health and performance, increasing the likelihood of injury, illness, and longer-term health issues. As such, detecting and supporting athletes showing symptoms of disordered eating at an early stage is crucial.

UK Coaching Subscribers benefit from a 51% discount on the RRP, getting access to the course for just £39 (original price £80).

But don't delay: access is limited and available only a first-come, first-served basis.
